On September 18, 2024, FDI Group organized a training session In-house Training<\/strong> with the honor and collaboration to develop and enhance essential work skills for the employees. Olam (Thailand) Co., Ltd.<\/strong> by conducting an Up Skill training on the topic of \u201cFostering Teamwork and Collaboration\u201d training program<\/strong>a training course on teamwork and collaboration <\/strong>The activity was engagingly organized to promote a positive and constructive attitude toward teamwork and collaboration.<\/span><\/p>

The session was led by an expert trainer with extensive experience, providing valuable guidance and facilitating interactive activities that offered participants hands-on experiences and new skill development. The trainees showed great interest and enthusiasm throughout the program.<\/span><\/p>

This personnel development training program, under the topic of \u201cFostering Teamwork and Collaboration\u201d \u2014 a training program focused on developing teamwork and collaborative skills.<\/strong>\u0e01\u0e31\u0e19 <\/strong>was organized with the objective of enhancing understanding and building confidence in teamwork, while fostering positive attitudes in communication and human relations. The program combined both theoretical and practical learning through creative workshops held throughout the day, applying principles of understanding individual differences based on fundamental psychological personality types.<\/span><\/p>
