Hold a shareholders\u2019 meeting and pass a special resolution<\/span><\/h3><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company must hold an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and pass a special resolution (with at least \u00be of the votes of shareholders present and entitled to vote) to confirm the dissolution of the business.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The resolution must be recorded in writing and used as supporting documentation when notifying the relevant authorities of the business dissolution.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2.
