The Global Warming Act focuses on 3 main pillars as follows:

Reducing greenhouse gas emissions: Set a target of reducing net greenhouse gas emissions to zero by 2608 (2065) through various mechanisms such as setting greenhouse gas emissions standards for various sectors. Penalties (according to this draft of the Act, updated 1 March 2024)

Whoever fails to collect or report activity information within the period specified in the notification without reasonable cause Must pay an administrative fine ranging from ten thousand to one hundred thousand baht. and a fine of not more than ten thousand baht per day until correct action is taken.
Whoever intentionally reports false information or conceals information that should be reported In order to cause damage to any person, an administrative fine must be paid starting from Thirty thousand to three hundred thousand baht and an additional fine not exceeding three thousand baht per day until correct action is taken.
All offenses under this Act Let the committee consider administrative fines. Has the power to issue administrative fines in accordance with the rates, criteria, and methods announced by the committee.
