New in 2025! Immigration update for foreigners — Thailand’s Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) replaces the TM6 immigration form.

What is TDAC, and why submit their information 3 days before entering Thailand?

Corporate income tax, (TDAC) for Thailand Digital Arrival Card a new digital entry system implemented by the Thai government. It requires all foreign travelers entering Thailand to complete and submit their travel information before arriving in the country. Foreign nationals are advised to submit their TDAC information within 3 days prior to their arrival, including the intended date of entry. This new requirement officially came into effect on May 1, 2025. Thailand’s Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is an online form that replaces the traditional paper-based TM6 immigration form. It is designed to provide greater convenience for all foreign nationals entering the Kingdom of Thailand, whether by air, land, or sea. The TDAC system is used to submit entry information and health declarations prior to arrival, as required and approved by Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health.Travelers must complete and submit the TDAC within 3 days before their arrival, including the actual date of entry. This advance submission allows the Immigration Bureau sufficient time to process and verify the provided information, ensuring a smoother and more efficient arrival experience.

Who is required to submit the (TDAC)

All foreign nationals traveling to Thailand are required to submit the Thailand Digital Arrival Card(TDAC)before their journey, with the following exceptions: 

  • Foreign nationals who transit or transfer flights in Thailand without passing through immigration control.
  • Foreign nationals entering Thailand using a Border Pass. 

How can the TADC be submitted?

Foreign nationals can access the Immigration Bureau’s website at http://tdac.immigration.go.th  where the system offers two options for submitting information:

  • Individual Submission – For solo travelers.
  • Group Submission – For families or groups traveling together.

Foreign nationals can update their information before travel as needed.
