1. Complete important documents

2. Check information in the e-Filing system.
The Revenue Department has an e-Filing system that allows you to check income information, calculate taxes, and file personal income tax returns online. Before filing taxes, you should check the information in the e-Filing system to make sure that the information is correct and complete. Especially the income information that employers send to the Revenue Department.
3. Select the correct tax form.
The Revenue Department has many personal income tax forms to choose from. You must choose the one that suits your situation, e.g.
Individual
- Por.Ngor.Dor.90 Personal income tax return for persons with income under Section 40(1)-40(8) of the Revenue Code of several types or one type. But it is not the only type of income under Section 40(1) of the Revenue Code. The form is due to be submitted within 1 January to 31 March of the next tax year.
- P.N.D.91 Personal income tax return form for persons with income from employment under Section 40(1) of the Revenue Code in one category. The form is due to be submitted within 1 January to 31 March of the next tax year.
- P.N.D.94 Half-year personal income tax form For those who have income according to Section 40(5) (6) (7) (8) of the Revenue Code The filing is due within 1 July to 30 September of the same tax year.
Corporation
- P.N.D.1 Form for filing a withholding tax return for cases where the payer is an individual, partnership, company, association, or group of persons. that pays income in the form of salaries, wages, commissions, etc. to individual taxpayers
- P.N.D.2 Form for filing a withholding tax return for cases where the payer is an individual, partnership, company, association, or group of persons. that can be paid in the form of royalties, various royalties Deposit interest Interest on bills, dividends, etc.
- P.N.D.3 Form for filing a withholding tax return for cases where the payer is an individual, partnership, company, association, or group of persons. that can be paid in the form of property rental fees, contractor fees, service fees, labor costs, advertising costs, transportation costs, etc., where the recipient of the money is a natural person
- P.N.D.53 Form for filing a withholding tax return for the case where the payer is the government, government organization, company, partnership, juristic person. or other legal entities that can pay type Property rental fees, brokerage fees, service fees, labor costs, advertising costs, transportation costs where the payee is a juristic person
- P.N.D.51 It is an income tax return for the company. juristic person partnership For half the accounting period (6 months)
- P.N.D.50 It is the annual income tax return for the company. juristic person partnership By taking income from the sale of goods or services to calculate taxes.
4. Choose a convenient tax filing channel.
Currently, there are many channels for filing personal taxes. Choose the channel that is convenient for you:
- Submit through the Revenue Department website.: https://efiling.rd.go.th/
- Submit through the program e-Filing: Download from the Revenue Department website.
- Pass through cabinet e-Tax: At Krungthai Bank Siam Commercial Bank Kasikorn Bank Bank of Ayudhya Thai Military Bank and Government Savings Bank
- Submit through application RD Smart Tax: Download from the App Store and Google Play Store.
- Submit throughRevenue Servicecheckpoints throughout the country.
5. File your taxes on time.
Individual
- Personal income tax at the end of the year Deadline for filing tax returns within MonthMarch of next year
- Semi-annual personal income tax Deadline for filing internal tax returns. MonthSeptember of that tax year
Corporation
- Value Added Tax Return (P.P.30) Submission deadlinewithin 15 daysfrom the end of the month in which the assessable income is paid.
- Withholding tax form (P.N.D.1, P.N.D.2, P.N.D.3, P.N.D.53 ) The deadline for filing iswithin 7 days from the last day of the month in which the assessable income is paid.
