  1. Employers who hire foreign nationals to work without a valid Work Permit may be subject to the following penalties: A fine of up to 400,000 Thai Baht , Imprisonment for up to 5 year , or Both a fine and imprisonment
  2. Employers may also be prohibited from hiring foreign nationals in the future
